Celtic Evensong

Part of the earliest worship of English-speaking Christianity comes from our Celtic roots. The Celts came into the British Isles 800 years before Christ with a deep appreciation for the presence of God in every aspect of nature. Celtic Evensong is a gift in music, prayer and thought of this understanding.

We offer an uncomplicated service of contemplation, worship, praise and the gift of the Lord’s Supper, with music from the Celtic heritage of hard-working people who nonetheless have God, the three in one in their lives.

receive

Holy Eucharist

All Christians baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are welcome at the Lord’s Table. Please join us at the altar as the usher directs and take the next available place for the Holy Communion. Our custom is to kneel at the altar, but you may stand if it is more comfortable for you.

After receiving communion, please return to your pew. If you are unable to come to the altar, please tell one of the ushers and a minister/priest will bring communion to you.

8:00 AM – Rite I Without music

9:15 AM – Adult formation Class
